Would like information on vacation for 2 70 year olds, one with walking disability.

Hey there, Kathy! I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you to planDisney!

Oh my pixie dust! It sounds like you're planning an unforgettable adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth! How incredibly enchanting! Your journey will surely be filled with wonder, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Walt Disney World provides a wide range of services and accommodations to assist Guests with mobility disabilities, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the magic comfortably and safely. Whether you need assistance navigating the parks with a mobility device, wish to experience attractions while remaining in your wheelchair or ECV, or are looking to rent a wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), there are options to meet each Guest's individual needs.

Designated accessible parking spaces are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with a valid disability parking permit. These spots are located close to park entrances to help make arrival and departure as smooth as possible.

Additionally, all of Disney's complimentary transportation options – including buses, monorails, water taxis, and the Disney Skyliner – are accessible to Guests using mobility devices.

I strongly recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app to your mobile device. To find information specifically for Guests with mobility disabilities, simply tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the home screen. From there, scroll down and select, "Accessibility & Health Services," then choose, "Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities." This section is filled with detailed information to help you plan ahead and make the most of your time in the parks. Whether you're planning for your magical arrival or navigating the parks in real time, this resource offers guidance and support every step of the way.

Kathy, I hope this information helps with your planning. Please visit us again at planDisney if you have additional questions!

    Magic Awaits,
