I would like some information or possibly set up a time to get a DS pass because I have disabilities before I enter the park on Thursday of next week.

Hey there, Sonja, thanks for stopping by planDisney!

Your visit is in just a few days, so let’s get down to business. It sounds like you're interested in registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) at the Disneyland Resort. The magic of Disney is here for all guests to enjoy and I'm here to share a little more insight on accommodation services! I’ll do my best to make this clear, short, and sweet so you can get ready for your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

I recommend that you visit the Disneyland Resort website's Guest with Disabilities page. This will be your main hub for gathering information regarding a visit to the Disneyland Resort if you have any special needs. You can also download the Accessibility Planning Guide & Recommendations as you prepare for your visit. If you’re seeing DAS, you’ll need to schedule a virtual chat with a cast member to determine what services are best for you specifically. You can do this chat as soon as 30 days before your visit. They will determine your eligibility and provide relevant resources for you. Otherwise, you can visit the accessibility services kiosk during your visit.

With all the fun happening during Halloween Time, you will want to make sure you have the right resources to enjoy your visit. I hope this has helped, Sonja, and that you’re able to get your video chat scheduled sooner rather than later. If you happen to have any other questions before your trip, please send us another message

Wishing you safe travels and a magical visit!
