    Hi: Any info as to when the new mexican restaurant in Downtown Disney will be open? Also any info on the menu? Will be at Disney mid-April 09 and hoping it will be open by then. Thanks!

    Hi Rebecca,

    A new restaurant is opening in Downtown Disney this spring, unfortunately I haven't heard yet exactly when that will be. When it does open it will offer Mexican and South American cuisine and have an international wine bar and a tequila bar with over 50 types of tequila and 10 frozen margaritas. It will be on the water front and will be open daily from 11 a.m. till late.

    I'm afraid that's all the information I have for now, I would recommend you check the main Disney site regularly for news. I really hope it's open for your trip.
