Are infants allowed on any non-thrill rides, such as Mad Tea Party and Peter Pan's Flight? Any tips for Disney with a 7 month old would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Megan! Yes, your infant will be allowed on some rides. I think any ride that you are not strapped into allows you to bring your babe-in-arms with you.  For example, this is the list (according to me - not Disney) that I would think would allow your baby to ride at Magic Kingdom.
    • Walt Disney World Railroad
    • Jungle Cruise
    • Pirates of the Caribbean
    • Haunted Mansion
    • Liberty Square Riverboat
    • it's a small world
    • Peter Pan's Flight
    • Prince Charming Regal Carrousel (seated on a bench)
    • Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid
    • The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
    • Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
    • Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (may be hard to interact with the blaster)

You will be able to enjoy these attractions together.  I'm not so sure about the Mad Tea Party, though. When in doubt about taking your infant with you on an attraction, simply ask the Cast Member at the entrance if it is permissible.  He/she will be more than happy to help you. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
