I have 5 individual 7 day hopper passes from 1999, each pass has 1 day remaining on it.. How do I link them to my, my disney experience account? My hope is to convert them into a single 5 day hopper pass since we are coming to the park this coming August,

    Hiya, Ken! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth this August! You're coming at a great time since you'll be able to experience all the wonder and magic of The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration. Be sure to take time and sink your teeth into a few celebratory sweets and don't miss the glowing Beacons of Magic which light up the night in each park!

Ken, I would love to help you do the "next right thing," as my pal Anna says. When it comes to linking tickets that were purchased prior to 2010, your best next step would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members by calling (407) 939-4357! They're a little like real-life fairy godparents who always try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach for every Guest. While it's important to know the expiration details for Theme Park Tickets, a Cast Member will be able to let you know which options you have with your tickets. When you call, be sure to have your tickets handy as well as any confirmation numbers. My best piece of advice would be to call the Cast Members right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their kind of magic can sometimes be in high demand!

Once you link your tickets to your account, be sure to also make theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is the best way to make sure you're able to visit your desired parks on each day of your trip. And as you continue to make finishing touches to your reservation, take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app. A little like your own magic wand, this app will allow you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. My favorite reasons for using this app are to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

Ken, if you have any other questions, I hope you fly your magic carpet our way again. After all, you've got a friend in me!
