If my incredipass was first activated on Sept. 8,2023 and I will be back in the parks Sept. 5th, 2024…will it still be good for that trip (Sept.5-10) or will I need to renew before I get there or during the trip?

    Hi Pam!

Welcome to planDisney. I'm happy to help answer your Annual Pass questions.

Your Disney Incredi-Pass will be valid for one year from the date of activation. If your activation date was September 8, 2023, your current pass should expire on September 7, 2024. I activated my own pass on May 26, 2023, and when I view it in My Disney Experience Mobile App the expiration shows as May 25, 2024. You can confirm your expiration date by navigating to the feature menu (≡) in your app and clicking the tile for "Tickets and Passes." You'll see the date listed beneath your pass barcode.

At this time, Annual Passes are eligible for renewal 60 days before and up to 30 days after the pass expiration date. Your current pass will allow you entry into the theme parks, with a valid theme park reservation, during your visit on September 5, 6, and 7, 2024. However, if you'd like to visit the parks on September 8, 9, or 10 you'll need to complete your renewal before your trip or in person at a ticket booth when you arrive. Upon renewal, your new pass will be valid from the original date of activation. So even if you decide to wait until the very end of your 30-day renewal window, the renewed pass will be backdated to a start date of September 8, 2024. The same is true if you decide to renew within the 60 days before your current pass expires. The new pass will automatically begin the day after your current pass ends.

While you're enjoying a visit later this year don't miss your chance to experience EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. It's a favorite of mine and though the 2024 dates haven't been announced just yet, it typically occurs around the time of your trip. You won't want to miss a delicious morsel of the amazing food and beverage offerings available.

I hope this helped, Pam. If you have additional questions stop back and let us know. You can also reach out to a Cast Member with the Annual Passholder Team by phone.

    Wishing you a magical visit!
