Hiya Alma!
Welcome to planDisney! We’re so glad you stopped by with your question for us.
Can you believe it? Disneyland Resort will be
reopening its gates to Guests residing in The Golden State THIS WEEK! It’s so very exciting, and I am feeling all the warm and fuzzy feelings as I think about Guests walking down Main Street, U.S.A. once again!
Alma, for now, residents of California can make
theme park reservations required to enter the theme parks. These will be linked through a Guest’s
Disney account, which will be associated with a California address. Along with this, Guests will also be asked to confirm California residency when making reservations. Guests may be asked to provide additional proof of residency once there, so if your Guest is 18 years and up, I would encourage them to bring along a utility bill addressed to their California residence with an ID that matches the name on the statement.
Things are always changing, and you’ll find the
Disney Parks Blog, as well as the Disneyland Resort website, to be helpful in keeping up with the latest updates.
I hope you both have an enchanting time, Alma!
Aena
