I'm working to plan a family vacation during Christmastime this year 2021 3 adults, 2 teens at the Grand Californian. Ideally in a 1 bed Suite. Trying a combo of dates 1 bed suite is always booked. Any ideas or should I just give up on this.

Welcome to planDisney, Matthew! Thanks for stopping by with your vacation question. It would be my pleasure to help you with an answer. I can think of nothing more magical than spending the most wonderful time of the year in The Happiest Place on Earth! With the holiday decorations and beautiful décor, it is sure to put you in the holiday spirit.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble booking your holiday dream vacation with a stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa this year. The holiday season is a popular time of year to visit Disneyland Resort. I highly recommend that you book a backup accommodation while you continue to check back for availability. You never know when a 1-Bedroom Suite might become available due to a cancelation. When booking a backup accommodation, be sure to read the cancelation policy closely to ensure you will be able to cancel if a 1-Bedroom Suite at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa becomes available.

I’ll be wishing upon a star that your holiday dreams come true and that you will be able to book a 1-Bedroom Suite at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa this December! I hope you have a magical time in The Happiest Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
