    I'm wondering if the reserved viewing for the Festival of Fantasy parade that is included in the Tony'sTown Square dining package is in the shade?

    Tony's Town Square restaurant in Magic Kingdom is a great Italian restaurant at Magic Kingdom. The Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package offers guests the opportunity to dine at Tony's Town Square, including an appetizer, entree and dessert, and a VIP Voucher for a reserved spot around the Flag Pole on Main Street to watch the Festival of Fantasy Parade that afternoon. 

    The VIP area is not shaded, as it is located near the flagpole in the heart of Main Street. It's a wonderful view of Cinderella Castle and the parade. 

    If you are looking for a shaded area to watch the parade, my top suggestion is on a bench in Frontierland. While this won't provide you with a front row seat, it is comfy and shaded. You will need to scout out that seat at least an hour before the parade begins to ensure you can snag it.
