Hi moms! I'm wondering what to do- was able to get a last minute reservation at CRT for 9:15 at nite(yikes!) after trying forever. Have an almost 3 yo DD who loves princesses. Also have an Asherkus bkfast later in the trip. Too late, bad idea?

I don't think there is any one right answer for this question. I believe this really does depend on your child, and only you will know how she would do on that kind of schedule. My own children are pretty flexible with their schedules, which is very handy on a Disney vacation, and we have eaten many a late-night meal at Disney with no tears shed. However, I have seen many young children having a complete meltdown past their bedtime, and their parents look as though they are ready to do the same! Only you know if your child is flexible enough to roll with such a change. If there is any doubt in your mind, though, I would not do it. The meal is too special and too expensive to risk it being a disaster.

All that said, I have three daughters and we all actually prefer to dine with the princesses at Akershus. We feel like we see more and interact more there. While the atmosphere inside the castle is very special, the overall experience is better, in our opinion, in Epcot. Plus they have delicious breakfast food!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
