    Hi, I'm going to WDW in September 2012, and was wondering about MNSSHP. If the party is held on Sundays with Extra Magic hours, do the EMH still happen after the party finishes at 12? Are people not attending the party allowed in then?

    Hi Christina!

    On the nights of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party the Magic Kingdom will not be having extra magic hours.  On the night of the party the only guests allowed into the Magic Kingdom are guests who have purchased Halloween party tickets.  People who have not purchased tickets are not allowed into the Magic Kingdom once the party has started.
