Hello, I’m wanting to book the Disney dream in April and wondering where or how to I request an early dining option please? After we are booked or during the booking process? Thanks

Ahoy, Cherie! Thank you so much for cruising by planDisney with your question. My planDisney pals and I had a delightful time on the Disney Dream during our training cruise, and I know you will love it. I am so excited to answer your question!

Cherie, I've found that you can request an early dining time if you book by phone by calling (800) 951-3532. Otherwise, you can request the early seating after you book your cruise, using the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) website. Log in to your myDisney account on the DCL website and find "Already Booked" in the top menu. Click on "My Reservations" in the drop-down menu, and this will bring up your upcoming sailings. Find the section that says "Dining," and you can see which dining time you have been assigned. If you find that you need to modify your assigned dining time, click "Change Seating" to adjust your desired dining time. You can also make this change in the DCL Navigator App before your cruise.

Now, Cherie, I do want to mention that the first seating for dining tends to be the most popular, so you may not be able to make changes before boarding. I highly recommend calling the phone number above and asking a Cast Member to add a note on your reservation that you would prefer the earlier dining time and to add you to the waitlist, if possible. You can also head to Guest Services once on board to request a change. I'm crossing my fingers that your dining dreams come true!

Once you've embarked, be sure to check out the Broadway-style stage performances during your trip. My pal Jennifer S. loved the Beauty and the Beast stage show - the costumes were amazing! And my whole planDisney class adored The Golden Mickeys. Seeing Tarzan and his crew fly across the stage in the show was something that I'll never forget! I also couldn't get enough of the lounges and bars throughout the Disney Dream. Each one has a distinct theme, and I loved exploring them. My friends Nilson and Brent loved Meridian Lounge, while my pals Jana, Susan, and Jenna loved Skyline. If you need some quiet time, check out Senses Spa! I feel like I can't fully relax without some papering. You can book ahead or once onboard!

Cherie, no matter what you choose to explore, I know you will have a sweet time sailing aboard the Dream. If you have any other questions, please reach out again. I would love to help!

    Anchors away,
