I'm going to walt disney world next week and I will like to know how the weather is during July?

    Hi Janin!

How exciting! Your trip is almost here! I have to admit I'm a bit jealous!

Weather in July in Florida is generally hot and humid. But, don't be afraid. Early morning and evening touring of the parks is a great strategy to help avoid some of the heat. Don't forget to hydrate often and bring the sunblock.

A couple of other things to consider: try to plan a mid-day or early afternoon break in air conditioning. Pick an indoor attraction, show, or dining option with air conditioning. Spend some time cooling off. Another option is to take a break in the afternoon at the resort pool. Keep cool!

Afternoon rain showers are frequent in the Florida afternoons. Plan ahead and pick up some rain ponchos (your local store is a great source). Keep these in a backpack or in your touring bag. I recommend staying in the park during the storm. They are usually over quickly AND the park typically clears out a bit.

Parks are often open much later during the summer, so evening touring is a great option if it works for your family. Use the afternoon break to take a nap, or rest.. then hit the parks all recharged!

    Hope this helps!
