    I’m going to be visiting WDW over the holidays & need to ship souvenirs home. If I ship them from the shop I buy them from what’s the cost? I found a cost list on the My Disney Experience app but not sure if that’s just for merch bought on the app

    Hi, Roy! Walt Disney World Resort does (thankfully!) offer shipping service. I have had to do this a few times when my daughters would find one too many must-have Disney souvenirs. I always try to make sure we have extra room in the luggage, but sometimes it is just not enough! No extra pixie dust is needed to get those items home, as purchases can be shipped directly from the theme parks and Disney Resort Hotels. Within a few days, you will have a magical delivery right to your doorstep.

    At this time, merchandise delivery is handled through UPS and FedEx. The fees associated with home delivery varies, based on the service and delivery speed that you choose. The Cast Members assisting you with your purchase will be able to give you more information at that time on the specific cost of delivery. It is a reasonable charge, basically what you would expect to pay from those delivery services. If you plan to buy multiple items from different locations across Walt Disney World Resort, then I recommend that you wait until you have purchased everything and bring the items to the Front Desk at your Disney Resort Hotel. Most will be able to assist you in combining them into one package. I did have one instance a few years ago where I was directed to the business center adjacent to the resort.
