I'm visiting in September 2017. We had planned to go on a Tuesday and now I see the Not so scary party is that evening so the park will be closing at 7. Will we not be able to view any fireworks or have the usual closing experiences because of this?

    Hi Rebecca,

September is a wonderful month to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort. The weather is great and the crowds are smaller. Plus there are wonderful extras like Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

To experience all of the evening events inside of the park when Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is happening, you will need to purchase a ticket. This will have you inside for all of parades, trick-or-treating and fireworks.

You can go to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and watch the fireworks from the beach. They even pipe in the music for your to hear. It is a fabulous view as it is unobstructed.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
