Hi! I’m visiting disneyworld on valentines day and the day after, and was wondering if I could ride the Disney skyliner even if I’m not staying at a disney resort?

Hi Michelle! I’m so happy to know that in just a few weeks you will be enjoying a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending your question to us here at planDisney.

The Disney Skyliner is such a fun way to get around. The best part is, you don’t have to be a guest at a Disney Resort hotel to use it! It’s just another mode of transportation, with a great view! Lots of guests use it to get to the BoardWalk entertainment district, just outside of EPCOT. There are so many great restaurants there! I’ve also used the skyliner to get from Disney’s Hollywood Studios to EPCOT.

Michelle, speaking of EPCOT, you won’t want to miss The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. There are so many delicious bites to savor at the outdoor kitchens. You will find lots of the most popular bites at the World Showplace, between the Canada and United Kingdom Pavilions in the World Showcase. It’s just a two-minute walk from the International Gateway entrance for EPCOT, where the Disney Skyliner would drop you off.

Since you will be visiting during Valentine’s Day weekend, make sure to take a look at the Foodie Guide to the Valentine’s Season 2021 on the Disney Parks Blog. There are so many beautiful, sweet treats all over the resort to enjoy! I have my eye on a vanilla, rose water and pistachio panna cotta, shaped like a rose. You can find it at the Masterpiece Kitchen Food Studio (inside the Canada Pavilion at EPCOT). It truly is a work of art!
