I'm visiting Disney world on Wednesday, November 19. Where is the best spot to watch Illuminations at Epcot and how early should I get there? FWIW I"m not staying at a DW resort so I won't have acces to any premium seating.

    Hi Kris,

Not to worry! There are plenty of good viewing locations for Illuminations, and they are all free. I like to watch on the bridge between France and England. However, I am usually going to exit through the International Gateway to go back to my resort the Boardwalk Inn.

You may want to view the show closer to Future World at either Canada or Mexico. This way you are closer to the exit to go home.

In general, I line up about 30 minutes prior to the start of the show and eat a snack while I am waiting. However, if the crowds are light, you can reduce your wait time.

    Have a great trip!
