    I’m unable to locate a photo pass card that my family took in front of the Magic Kingdom. If I’m able to provide date and exact time would there be a way to locate?

    Hi Maegan!

    All of those magical Disney PhotoPass Photos that you take during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will help you remember your pixie-dusted adventures for a lifetime!  I completely understand wanting to make sure you have them--especially photos as gorgeous as family photos in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park!

    Luckily, there is a way to help you find your missing photos!  Although it is not always possible, the Cast Members on the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team are usually able to locate missing photos and attach them to your My Disney Experience account for you!  Just contact them by calling 407-560-4300, or by reporting your missing photos online.

    Just last week I noticed that an attraction photo was missing from my account, so I called the number and gave the Cast Member all of the information I had about the photo.  He was able to locate my photo and link it to my account in just a few minutes!

    Make sure you also check out Memory Maker if you haven't already!  It is a great way to get all of your magical vacation photos for one price!  Plus, you get to really experience the magic without having to be behind a camera all day!
