    Hi, I'm from the UK. We booked a package through the Disney site and have fully paid. We were wondering, how do you book the seats for our flights? Thankyou 

    Hello Claire!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so excited you will be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth all the way from the UK.   I hope you have a lovely holiday in Florida.

    Claire, somewhere on your confirmation page from Disney you will find what airline you are flying and there should also be an airline confirmation or record locator number.  This number is usually a series of five to six letters.  You can use this number to log into your airline's website and from there you should be able to reserve your seats.  As a former airline employee I know that certain tickets do come with restrictions on pre-reserved seating.  I don't know the exact details of your ticket so you would need to contact the airline you will be flying directly in order to work this out.   For example when I fly Delta airlines I am able to log onto their website using my confirmation number and pick my seats out online.  I am hoping you can do the same.  If not the airline will have a customer service number you can contact as well.
