Hi Keith,
Welcome to planDisney! You're almost ready to begin your magical adventure, and I'd love to help guide you to the correct information.
Nutritional details and dietary restrictions are often a concern, but
Walt Disney World Resort takes so many steps to ensure a wonderful experience for all its guests. You'll be in good hands as you navigate the world of
snacks and table service meals, in between the exciting attraction and entertainment options that await you during your visit next month.
While nutritional information is not currently available online, you'll be able to inquire at each food service location and can speak to the chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member to help address your concerns. While advance planning typically isn't necessary for low-carb options or no-sugar-added desserts, you can also reach out to a member of the
Special Diets team via email at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com in advance of your trip.
I'd also like to mention that you are welcome to
bring your own food into the parks as long as it's not stored in glass containers and doesn't require refrigeration or reheating. This may help you pre-plan with a mix of familiar food items and specialty food purchases in the parks during your visit.
Whether you plan to enjoy a classic Mickey-shaped Waffle or an adorable
Mickey-shaped Beignet, you're sure to have a magical culinary experience. I hope this helps you prepare for your upcoming vacation. If I can be of further assistance please
reach out again with more planning questions.
The magic is calling,
Amy
