I'm trying to stay on my diet while on vacation. Can you give me some tips?

I can relate to trying to stay on a diet while on vacation! Disney makes it easy to eat healthfully without feeling deprived. There is fresh fruit at many of the Quick Service locations. At Aloha Isle you can even get a fresh wedge of pineapple. At Magic Kingdom, Pecos Bills has an excellent burger topping bar, filled with lettuce and fresh salsa. This makes a great way to squeeze in some veggies with your lunch. The Quick Service locations are also happy to substitute fruit for fries and dessert.

Most of the resorts also have plenty of healthy options for breakfast, meals and snacks. Art of Animation has a greek yogurt bar and a create-your-own-salad bar that are delish! You can load up on fresh fruit, veggies and lean protein to fill you up without filling you out.

The Table Service locations are also accommodating with special dietary requests. I am able to ask for my food cooked without added butter or oil and get sauces on the side.

You are also welcome to bring your own food into the parks. I often will bring an apple, cheese stick and nuts in case I get hungry and need a quick, healthy snack.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
