    I'm trying to reserve tickets online - at checkout they say I am buying a Tier 3 (or Tier 4) ticket - and then right below it states the dates that the tickets are not valid - including the dates that I am reserving. What is up?

    As you may already know, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park have reopened with significantly limited capacity to comply with governmental requirements and to promote physical distancing. All Guests are required to obtain theme park reservations on the new theme park reservation system in advance. 

    Please note that the different theme park ticket types and tiers have various dates of use at Disneyland Resort. You can see a complete list on the Help with Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions page. You will need to select a theme park ticket type that is valid on the dates you plan to visit.
