    I'm trying to make a reservation for magic Kingdom, but always the page showed an error for the reservation, I bought a ticket but I can't make the reservation.

    I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues making your Disney Park Pass Reservations for your visit. The first thing I would do is try to update your web browser. Walt Disney World Resort webpages work best when you use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari browsers.

    If you still aren’t able to make your reservations, you can reach out to your local travel agent in Colombia, or call the resort at +1 (407) 827-7157 to speak to a Cast Member. Sometimes Cast Members are able to help us with glitches on the Disney website that we can’t resolve on our own.
