    I'm trying to make a reservation to cruise on Aug 31-2015, but I can't book the stateroom we chose. How you can help me? thank you.

    Welcome aboard, Paulina! Isn't it exciting to make that first step to setting sail with Disney Cruise Line and actually book the cruise? It only gets better from here on out, as you'll have time to explore all the Port Adventures and other extras that are available for your particular sailing while you count down to your sail date! What fun you will have!

    If the online system isn't showing the stateroom category that you'd hoped to book for your particular itinerary, it may be that that category of staterooms is sold out for your cruise already. But, I can't tell for sure since I can't see the availability of staterooms. Your best bet is to call the agents at Disney Cruise Line at 800-951-3532. They'll be able to view what is currently available on that specific itinerary so you can choose the stateroom that is just right for your family.
