Hi, Bruce! The Candlelight Processional dinner package involves many of the restaurants at EPCOT. Official information has not yet been released for the 2010 packages, but in years past, the package has included restaurants such as Teppan Edo; Rose and Crown; Le Cellier; Biergarten; Restaurant Marrakesh; and many others. The packages are sold in tiers, with some restaurants being a bit more expensive (Le Cellier) than others (Biergarten).
The Candlelight Processional usually begins running Thanksgiving night and goes through December 30th. There are three shows each evening, and the only rule regarding the dinner package is that you must have your dinner prior to your show. For the earliest show - which has always been 5:00 o'clock - you are most likely going to have to have lunch as your package meal.
The dinner package allows you access to a preferred line when entering the theater. The guests with packages gain entry to the theater prior to guests in the standby line. There is not a preferred section within the theater itself, but on the busiest nights, the theater can be filled nearly to capacity just with dinner package guests, so it's definitely a good way to guarantee a spot if you plan to go during the very busy holiday season.
I am waiting patiently myself for packages to become available, and have been told by cast members that they are hoping they have them available to purchase this month. Keep your eyes peeled either here with us or at

Have a wonderful vacation!
