I'm trying to purchase my park tickets and book the hotel stay at the same time but the system won't let me. It's asking me to remove the ticket's from the cart to purchase the hotel stay. Why?

    Hi Lenin,

Just like Cheshire Cat, I find this very curious. I wonder if the Disneyland Resort website asks you to remove the tickets from the cart before proceeding with a hotel stay because one can only purchase both at the same time through a package.

A Disney package is an excellent option for Guests that would like both a hotel stay and theme park tickets. Guests can select between a Disneyland Hotel Resort Vacation Package for stays on-property or a Good Neighbor Hotel Package for stays off-property. I recommend removing both the tickets and the hotel from your cart and opting for a hotel package instead.

In addition to booking both your hotel and tickets together, a hotel package will also grant your special perks, such as dining discounts at select restaurants in the Downtown Disney District.

Please have a wonderful trip and don’t forget to visit my friend’s hat shop. Both the Mad Hatter in Fantasyland and the Mad Hatter on Main Street, U.S.A. have been known to sell some of the best hats in Disneyland Park.

    Happy planning,
