Hello Im trying to plan a vacation for my family and myself. I want to know how to start a payment a plan so by April vacation next year we all can go.

Hello there, Ralph! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

Booking a vacation package at Walt Disney World Resort is the first step to discovering the magic of unforgettable memories with your family! With a vacation package, you have the convenience of booking your accommodations with the Disney Resort Collection and purchasing your theme park tickets all at one time. This will allow you to begin all the fun of planning your practically perfect getaway!

One of the wonderful ways a vacation package provides flexibility is through how you pay your balance! Whenever a Guest books their vacation package, they will pay their initial deposit and be given a due date for the remainder of their balance. As long as you pay your balance by this due date, you can make as many or as few payments as you would like. This means you have the option of making multiple smaller payments or one large payment when paying off your balance!

When my own family takes advantage of this option, I typically create my own “payment plan” that outlines when and how much I will pay towards our balance prior to our due date. This way, I don’t have to do as much planning and budgeting along the way!

If you haven’t already done so, I also recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app onto your smartphone before your arrival! This mobile tool allows you to create and manage many different aspects of your vacation right from your smartphone. Once you have arrived for your vacation, you may use the My Disney Experience app to look up important details such as wait times for attractions or placing Mobile Food and Beverage Orders

I hope this information will assist you in continuing to plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation next year! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as you continue to plan!
