Hi Jessica,
Oh, I can't tell you how happy it makes me to know that you'll get to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with your mom AND your son. You're going to have such an amazing time, and being there together with multiple generations will leave you with wonderful life-long memories!
I'm happy to let you know that yes, there are LOTS of things that you'll be able to experience all together. There are many
attractions without height restrictions as well as lots of
Character experiences, shows, and entertainment options that are fun for Guests of all ages! I have many happy memories of experiencing attractions with babies on my lap, watching their eyes light up at the magic and fun! My children always loved the daytime parade when they were little, too. The
Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom Park is full of gorgeous floats, favorite Characters, fun dancers, and amazing music, and I think your son would love it!
If there is an attraction that you and your mom would like to experience that your little Mouseketeer isn't quite ready for, be sure to take advantage of the
Rider Switch service to help save time while you take turns riding. Also, did you know there are
Baby Care Centers in all four theme parks if you need a place to nurse, feed, or change your little guy? Also, if you run out of diapers, wipes, or some common baby item, you may purchase them there, too.
Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica, and have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
