Hello there, Rachel!
Thanks so much for stopping by with a question for us. I'm so thrilled to hear that you'll be celebrating your youngest's birthday at
Disneyland Resort. I can't think of a better place to celebrate a birthday (or an unbirthday). Any happy occasion can only be made happier with a few Mickey-shaped snacks, don't you agree?
Cast Members have advised us that guests should book their vacation packages, stand-alone
tickets and/or resort-only reservations based on the age that each guest will be turning while traveling. Since your little Mouseketeer will be three during your trip, he will need valid admission in addition to
theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit the parks.
Once you arrive and are in full birthday mode be sure to pick up a
complimentary "Happy Birthday" button for your little one to wear proudly as you soak up the magic. Cast Members are usually so great about going out of their way to make those celebrating feel extra special. You can even add a
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to select table-service restaurants in the parks and resorts. Cake, candles and happy wishes at The Happiest Place on Earth are a perfect way to begin another year!
I hope this helps Rachel. Please come back and see us again with more planning questions. We'd be glad to offer recommendations to help make your trip even more special. You can also
reach out to a Cast Member by phone for further assistance. Wishing you all a magical vacation and a very happy birthday to your little one!
Magic and memories,
Amy
