Hi Tammy,
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I can tell that you've been reading through some of our answers, and I'm thrilled that you brought us a question yourself!
Yes, the
shortcut to find park hours, Extra Magic Hours, and even parade and fireworks show times 190 days ahead of time was one of my very favorite tips to share! When My Disney Experience was upgraded this past fall, though, the site went through some changes to make things more user-friendly, and while I
love the changes that were made, at this point, the little workaround is no longer available. I'm still wishing on a star that at some point, that feature will be added back in, but for now, you'll have to rely on the
calendar for upcoming park hours.
Touringplans.com is continuing to advertise park hours 190 days in advance, but a subscription is required to view that information, and without officially published hours that far out on Disney's site, I can't guarantee that everything is accurate. Since all park hours and Extra Magic Hours are subject to change anyway, I'd encourage you to go ahead and make all of your
dining reservations as soon as your window opens 180 days before your arrival. If you decide you'd like to make any changes to your plans as park hours are released, you may always cancel or modify your dining reservations. I'm sending some pixie dust that you'll find the
perfect dining reservations for your trip this fall!
Please let us know if we can help you with anything else, Tammy, and have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
Missy
