    Hi! I'm trying to do a payment for my reservation to WDW, but the site doesn't let me. Is there another way to make a deposit?

    Welcome to planDisney, Perla! I’m so happy to see that you will be enjoying a holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this year! Thanks for sending us your question. 

    There’s an easy way to make payments for the remaining balance of your vacation, but you just have to make sure it’s available for your booking. Usually, the option will be available for guests who have booked a package vacation that includes a stay at a Disney Resort Collection hotel and theme park tickets. 

    To see if this option is available for your reservation, sign into your My Disney Experience account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.

    Once linked, you may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment. If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call +1 (407) 827-7144 to speak to a Cast Member to make that payment.
