I'm trying to make a park reservation however it's showing my tickets are invalid. I'm trying to link the tickets to my account however the 12 digit confirmation # provided in my email is not working

Hiya, Brandy! I'm so glad to see that you've brought this great question to us here at planDisney!

Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is right around the corner and I imagine you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! Since your vacation is only a few sleeps away, we want to be sure that we help you as quickly as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo! There are a few steps we can take to try to link your tickets correctly so you can make your Theme Park Reservations. Let me just grab my magic wand!

First, let's see if your tickets are already linked to your account. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. See if you can view your correct tickets for your entire travel party. If you can, great! You're able to go ahead and make your Theme Park Reservations.

If that didn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to one of the wonderful Cast Members as soon as you're able. They're often a little like fairy godparents who will always try to stretch their magic wands just a bit father for us! You can contact a Cast Member in a few different ways. Here's what I'd recommend:

First, try calling a Cast Member. Since their magic can sometimes be in high demand, I'd recommend calling as soon as the phone lines open in the morning at 7:00 EST. Make sure you have your confirmation number handy to help the process move along smoothly!

You can also reach out to a Cast Member through Chat. Personally, I have had the best experiences when using the Chat feature through the My Disney Experience app. To do this, log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down a bit and tap Chat With Us. Type out your situation and a Cast Member will respond as soon as they're able to. Pro tip: include any reservation or confirmation numbers that you can in your request so a Cast Member can quickly locate your information!

Once you've made sure that your tickets are connected and you've made your Theme Park Reservations, take some time to explore the My Disney Experience app. A little like your own personal magic wand, this will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. My favorite reasons for using this app are to view park maps, check wait times for rides, and mobile order food. This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize fun!

If you have any other questions, I hope you fly your magic carpet back our way. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
