splash-tastic pools,
Movies Under the Stars to extraordinary theming all around the Resort hotels, there’s nothing quite like staying in the magic!
I went ahead and
contacted a Cast Member for you to see what the issue could be and was told you may want to try Online Resort Check-In on another device. For instance, if you’re using your
My Disney Experience Mobile, you may want to try it on your desktop. If this doesn’t work, you may want to call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 or
chat with a Cast Member on the Walt Disney World Resort website so they can look into the matter for you.
As far as the room requests go, those have to be
called into the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be happy to note them down for you. Requests, of course, are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed, but Cast Members try their very best to meet requests.
