Welcome to planDisney, Kimberly! Your
Walt Disney World Resort adventure is just over the horizon, so let's link your theme park tickets to your account; Mickey is waiting!
I recommend downloading the
My Disney Experience mobile app before you arrive. This handy app puts Disney planning in the palm of your hand! You can see your tickets and dining reservations, but my favorite tool is
Mobile Food Ordering. I usually start playing around with the app a few days before my visit to familiarize myself with how to find maps and attraction wait times. The best part is you can link your theme park tickets from your app!
Once you've logged in, tap the three lines in the bottom right corner of your mobile device screen. You'll be on the Welcome page, so tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Tickets already linked to your account will populate, so swipe through to see if your tickets are linked. If not, tap the blue plus sign at the top right of the "Tickets & Passes" screen. Select "Link Tickets & Passes" to choose how to add your tickets.
You should find the ticket ID Numbers in your confirmation email, so enter this number under Type ID for each ticket. Once your admission is linked, it should autoMAGICally sync to any active MagicBands or card in your account. You're ready to head to the theme parks!
Feel free to call the
Existing Tickets line if you need additional help. The friendly Cast Members will work their magic to help you link your tickets. Be ready to share the email address associated with your account so they can access your account details. I'm sprinkling pixie dust your way!
Speaking of MagicBands, have you seen the new
MagicBand+? These bands feature lights and vibrations to add a bit of fun to your park experience. I love that they're rechargeable, and the designs are colorful and festive. My favorite band has "2023" on it because that's the year I became a planDisney panelist! I bet you can find a fabulous band for yourself; I can't wait to see what you choose.
Kimberly, I hope you have a practically perfect trip. Best of luck getting your tickets ready to roll. Please stop by
planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
