First, be sure to check your email, as you should have received a confirmation number shortly after purchasing your tickets. Next, open the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right side of the home screen, select "My Tickets & Passes," then tap the blue "+" sign in the upper right corner and choose "Link Tickets & Passes." From there, you can enter your ticket ID code or confirmation number.
If you're still having trouble linking your ticket or do not have the confirmation number from your purchase, I recommend reaching out directly to
Disney Park Tickets to speak with a helpful Cast Member. They'll be able to assist you in locating any missing confirmation numbers and guide you through the steps to successfully add the ticket to your account.
It's important to keep in mind that you must be physically located in the United States before you're able to begin the process of applying for
Disability Access Service (DAS).
