    I'm trying to link my magic band+s to my Disneyland app. The bands have been used at WDW. Even though my Disneyland app has no bands linked to the account, it just keeps saying "you've reached your limit of entries"

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've experienced some glitches when linking your MagicBand+ to your Disneyland mobile app. I'm no Fix-It Felix, but let me share a few ideas that might help steer you in the right direction. First, I recommend that you double-check that both your Disneyland mobile app and your mobile device are operating the most recently updated software versions. Then, of course, make sure that your device's Bluetooth is available and connected to your MagicBand+. If you have been following the instructions and the prompts to link the MagicBand+ to your MyDisney account and are still running into some issues, you might consider one of the following reset options:

    Basic Reset: You'll use this to power off your MagicBand+ by pressing and holding the power button on the back. It'll take a few seconds and then you'll feel two haptic buzzes and the LED light will turn red. Then, press the button again to power on again. You'll see a green light and then you can proceed with trying to link the MagicBand+ again. 

    Factory Reset: If you hold the button on the back of your MagicBand+ for about 15 seconds, you'll feel three haptic buzzes and then you'll see several colors, representing the reset process. Once the factory reset is complete, those lights will turn off and then turn green, indicating that the reset was successful.

    Monica, if you'd like to reach out and get some support from a Cast Member directly, you can use the mobile app to initiate the "Chat With Us" feature. There is a specific prompt that asks if you need technical support with your MyDisney account, which may lead you to the right team to provide the best assistance.
