I'm trying to link the (4) DisneyWorld passes I was mailed with my disney online account, but it won't let me. Also, since I am the primary, do I have to have the #1 pass?

Hi Darcy and welcome to planDisney! I see that you’re busy planning your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I know it can sometimes be tricky to figure out how to link things to your My Disney Experience account. I’m happy to help!

I use this link to help me add theme park tickets, Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations, Memory Maker and even dining reservations to my Disney account. What I like best about it, is the diagrams to the right of where you type in your information that show you where the ticket numbers can be found on each kind of ticket.

If for some reason, you’re still unable to link your tickets using the link, you may want to reach out to the Resort by calling (407) 939-5277. A Cast Member will be able to help.

Darcy, when you link your tickets, they don't have to be in a specific order, even if you are the primary person on your account. But you will usually see your name at the top of the list once all the tickets for your group are added. Once you’ve linked your tickets, you also have options to reassign unused tickets, should a family member traveling with you have to cancel their stay.

Don’t forget to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations once you have your tickets linked. It’s a quick step we all need to take when we’re planning our magical visits.

Thanks for stopping in with your question. I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
