    I'm trying to see my cruise photos, so, I signed in my account and place my castaway member number, but it said the number is incorrect. I double check my castaway number and it is the same I puted in my account, and nothing happened.

    Bienvenido a planDisney! Wow! How awesome that you've returned from what I can only assume was an amazing time on board a Disney Cruise Line! The Disney fleet has added its newest ship, the Disney Wish, just this past month! Disney Wish is welcoming Guests for a new cruising experience, with interactive dining at Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Experience, and 1923, a throwback to the elegant dining era of Hollywood's heyday! 

    Jaime, I am so sorry that you are having trouble retrieving your photos from your time aboard. Due to several recent glitches, Guests have been having difficulty accessing some of the online areas. My best suggestion is to reach out to Disney Cruise Line Guest Services at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com and they will be able to help you retrieve your captured moments.
