    I’m trying to choose which color of magicband we would like. When I hit the “choose magicband” button on mde page, it takes me to a blank page. What do I do?

    Hi there, Candace! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out and asking an excellent Walt Disney World Resort question!

    MagicBands are a stylish and fun way of expressing your sense of style and love of all things Disney! Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel are able to select a complimentary solid color MagicBands or upgrade to select intricate designs for a reduced price. This is a great way to show off your favorite Disney, Marvel, or Star Wars characters while also saving money on MagicBands!

    MagicBands can be selected or upgraded by logging into your My Disney Experience account either on the web page or through the app. If you are experiencing trouble loading the My Disney Experience page, I suggest attempting to pick your MagicBands using a different web browser or through the My Disney Experience app. Personally, I have had quite a few problems when using a certain web browser and had some luck with switching to a different web browser. 

    If you continue to have problems, you can also contact Website Support via phone. They may be able to offer some alternative solutions to your problem!
