Disney PhotoPass photos for one price, including ride and attraction photos, character greeting photos, and photos captured with Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the resort. Did you know, you can use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to locate Disney PhotoPass photographers? Use the location button at the bottom of the screen to pull up a map. The default view shows wait times at Magic Kingdom Park, but you can use the filter and drop-down menu at the top to change the location and select "PhotoPass".
Robyn, I just walked myself through the process of purchasing Memory Maker to try to replicate the error message you received. If I already added Memory Maker - Advance Purchase to my cart and tried to add it again, I received the error message you described. I am guessing that perhaps you had browsed at some point before and added Memory Maker to your cart without purchasing. When you signed in to your
My Disney Experience account to make your purchase, Memory Maker was still in your cart. No worries at all! That message is just letting you know you cannot add another Memory Maker purchase to this transaction. As long as you see Memory Maker - Advance Purchase in your cart, go ahead and click the green
Check Out button and complete your purchase. (Hint -- to get back to your cart, hover your cursor over the cart icon at the top of the page. If you are not currently signed in to your account, the cart may appear empty - but once you sign in you should see Memory Maker in your cart.)
