    Hi - I’m trying to buy Lightning Lane passes but it thinks I’m still abroad. I’m in Orlando. Please help

I hope your holiday is off to a fantastic start so far! I understand you're having some technical difficulties with the My Disney Experience mobile app. I'm here to help in every way I can, in order to get you on your way to your perfect Disney day!

    Giovanni, it sounds like you've recently arrived stateside and are visiting from an international location. It's possible that the My Disney Experience mobile app is simply confused and hasn't accounted for your change in location quite yet, so I encourage you to delete and re-download the mobile app. Not only should this "reset" your physical location in the app, but it'll ensure you have the most up-to-date version downloaded. Once that step has been completed, check to make sure that your theme park tickets and/or Disney Resort hotel reservations are appropriately linked in My Disney Experience. Valid theme park admission is required to complete Lightning Lane pass purchases, so you'll need to have your tickets linked to your account prior to attempting to purchase.

    If you've tried all of the above suggestions and you're still experiencing difficulty, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for additional assistance. Alternatively, you could visit a Guest Experience Team umbrella in any of the four theme parks for step-by-step assistance in person.
