Hi Patricia, I'm so sorry that you are having difficulty in planning your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, we don't have access to the reservation system, but I can point you in the direction of the magic planners, or Disney Reservationists, that can help you. It may easier if you try to do this via a phone call to (407) 939-1936. Or if you'd still like to make a reservation online, Website Support can be reached at (407) 939-4357.
