Howdy, Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy, I see that you're planning a birthday trip to the Disneyland Resort during one of the most magical times of the year, the
Holiday Season! You are going to be in for a treat as the entire Resort is beautifully decorated to celebrate the spirit of the season and you might even see it
snow in Southern California.
Reservations are released on a rolling basis 120 days in advance. So if you are planning on traveling at the beginning of December, I would recommend that you check again around the beginning of August for available reservations. Please note that you can purchase
tickets at any time even though your dates are not yet released. You would just need to
modify your reservations when the time comes in August!
Don't forget to make your
dining reservations 60 days in advance of your trip as well. I hope you're coming hungry, because the
Festival of Holidays is scheduled to make its return this season and I can't wait to see what the Disney chefs have created for us this year! If you get a chance to try a Mickey Gingerbread cookie, do it! My biggest regret from last year is that I did not load up on these cookies to take home to my family. And since it's your birthday, be sure to pick up your
Complimentary Birthday Button at City Hall so others can celebrate with you!
Jennifer, I hope you are having fun planning your trip and that we were able to help! If you need any further planning advice or tips, please feel free to reach out to us again anytime! We'd love to help you plan an absolutely magical trip!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
