Lightning Lane passes for your upcoming visit.
Registered guests staying at Disney Resort Hotels can book Lightning Lane Multi and Single passes
seven days before check-in. All other guests are eligible to book three days out. While I can't see your account and reservations information, I suspect the lead guest who booked your hotel hasn't added you to the reservation yet.
The first step is to ensure you and the lead guest are linked via
Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience accounts. You can do this by email invitation or by scanning a QR code. Open your mobile app and scroll to your Profile to get started. Toggle from "My Profile" to "Family & Friends" to see your linked friends. At the bottom of your friends list, you'll see the option to "Add a Guest."
Once you're linked, the lead guest should be able to modify the guests in the hotel room and add you from a drop-down list. Once you've been added, the system will recognize that you're a resort guest and that you're eligible to book Lightning Lanes now.
If you can't be added to the resort reservation for some reason, you can purchase and book your Lightning Lane passes three days out. I also recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations line right away. They can see your account, which is probably the quickest way to solve your Lightning Lane problem. I'm wishing on a star that you're able to book some fantastical experiences during your visit!
Disney's Hollywood Studios is the park I like to buy Lightning Lanes Multi Pass for. My top selection is
Slinky Dog Dash, but time slots are often snapped up as fast as Slinky can say, "Hang on!" My tip is to set your alarm for 7:00 AM on the morning you're eligible to book; drinking a strong cup of coffee in a Mickey mug doesn't hurt either.
