I'm trying to book Fantasmic dining package for March - I see the times & restaurants are available thru February 29th, but when they will be available to reserve for March? Also is 5pm enough time to dine at mama m and still get to the show in time

    Hi Lindsey,

Thanks for sending another great question our way!  The Fantasmic! Dinner Package is one of my favorite ways to spend an evening at Disney's Hollywood Studios...but what's not to love about VIP seats to Fantasmic! and a delicious meal?

It sounds like you're on top of planning, so you may have already seen this, but it looks like reservations for March 2016 are now open for the Fantasmic! Dinner Package.  I checked using the link above and found quite a few reservation times available through the end of the month.

In terms of timing , I like to recommend allowing 1.5-2 hours for Table-Service restaurants.  The good news is that part of the planning around timing is already done for you with the Fantasmic! Dinner Package.  Available reservation times generally allow you enough time to enjoy your meal and get to Hollywood Hills Amphitheater for the show.  I'm not sure exactly what date you had in mind, but here are the times Fantasmic! is currently scheduled for March 2016:

    March 1-6: 7:00 p.m.
    March 7-12: 7:30 p.m.
    March 13-31: 8:30 p.m.

Of course, times are subject to change, and since the show takes place outdoors, it depends on the weather being cooperative.

I hope that helps with your planning, Lindsey, but please write back if we can help answer any other questions.

    Have a magical vacation!
