Jambo, Kate! Welcome to planDisney. If you are making dining reservations, the days on your countdown are reaching the "super excited" range. It's getting real! I'm so glad you stopped by as you plan your adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
When my family travels to safari at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park,
Tusker House Restaurant is a bare necessity. It's a wild time with Donald Duck dressed to lead an expedition with his pals. I think food always tastes better when it's Mickey-shaped. The same is true of waffles with Simba, which you can pair with Mickey waffles!
The page for Tusker House shows breakfast pricing is in the "$$$" range, which means the adult menu is $35 to $59.99. When I select "
View Menu," I can see the breakfast selections and specific pricing. If this page does not work for you, the current pricing is $47 USD for an adult and $30 USD for a child. These prices are subject to change and do not include taxes, gratuity or specialty beverages. It does include Zebra Coffee Cake and Guava Cream Cheese Danish, which sit perfectly between what my kids are used to and exotic enough for them to feel adventurous.
If you need a little refreshment later in the day and your travels take you to
Pandora - The World of Avatar, my friend
Candace introduced me to
Pongu Pongu. The Night Blossom has swirls of Apple and Desert Pear Limeade topped with Boba Balls which make it tasty and fun.
If you have any other questions as you plan your safari, spend time with royalty at the home of Cinderella Castle, discover the wonders of the world, or shine among the bright lights of Hollywood, swing back by
planDisney. We'll help you arrive with Hakuna Matata in your heart!
The bare necessities of life will come to you.
