    I'm trying to balance lunch plans with catching the daytime parades. Are the daily parade times posted anywhere ahead of time?

    Yes. Just look on the regular Disney parks calendars found HERE. If you click on the actual number in each calendar box, you'll find a listing of the parade and fireworks times for each day. If the calendar box has the words "Extra Magic" in it, you can click on that to see whether the park is open for extra time during the morning or evening hours on that particular day.
