Hi I'm travelling to WDW in the summer and wonder if you could give me some tips on keeping cool. Thanks!

    Hi Jo!

First off, try to alternate between air-conditioned and non air-conditioned attractions. That keeps you generally cool thru the day. There are also fans that are attached to water bottles available (got one as a present the other day!) that can spritz you and help as well.

Finally, remember two simple rules that apply everywhere. First, keep drinking water throughout the day to keep hydrated. Fill up your first bottle at water fountains throughout the parks to save some money. Second, take a hand towel around with you. Keep it wet, and put it on the back of your neck to lower your overall body temperature. Keep it in a ziploc bag between uses.

Hope that helps, and that you keep cool!
