Hi, I'm traveling with my 25yr daughter for our annual mother daughter trip. I booked the Polynesian for May, which building should I request?

    Aloha Jana!

What a special tradition that must be to visit Walt Disney World with your daughter every year! Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is the perfect place to stay for your mother/daughter getaway. Without knowing what type of view you have booked, I would recommend the Samoa longhouse, due to the close proximity to the Great Ceremonial House and the Lava Pool. That being said, I have stayed in multiple longhouses throughout the years and have thoroughly enjoyed each of the different locations.

Although room requests are accepted, they are not guaranteed. However, I have found that the Cast Members do their very best to accommodate room requests. You may want to check out the independent website tikimanpages.com to view his description of each longhouse featured at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I find his website to be very informative.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have in the days leading up to your trip. Best wishes for a magical vacation, Jana!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
