I'm traveling to WDW in May 2010 with a 11,2,1 Yr old were is the best place to stay

That is a tough one.  My first question would be do you have a budget or are all the resorts a possibility?  If they are all open, then my first recommendation would be any of the resorts on the Monorail.  Since you have two younger ones, getting back to the resort for a quick afternoon nap can be made a bit easier by being on the Monorail system.  These would be the deluxe resorts and would include the Contemporary, the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian.
If your family consists of 5, you are limited to the other resorts you can stay in.  I too am a family of 5 and we also love Port Orleans Riverside, which can accommodate a party of 5.  One of the beds is actually a trundle.  This is a wonderful resort on a moderate price level.
These are just a few of my suggestions but if you have any more questions about resorts, please feel free to email me back here at the Mom's Panel.  Thanks for the great question and I hope you have a great time planning your upcoming trip to the most magical place on earth.
